Peter Egyed in ROME was in touvh with MDC about this proposed project. We have advised him that MDC would not/not recommend funding this project, XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX   
I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss further with GLB the implications (including the comms aspect) of ZARB's project going forward. Is it too late to pull it back?
I have a meeting in a few minutes but will be in touch after/
