Dear Ms. Antonovic,

Thank you for your letter of 22 March, requesting financial support for the "Franke James Exhibition" project, aimed to raise awareness about climate changes and environmental protection.

While we would like very much to assist, I regret to inform you that the Embassy is not in a position to provide support to the Franke James exhibition. Unfortunately, due to an unanticipated cut on our budget, the funding that we had provisionally identified to support this project is no longer available.
